I cant offer a rating, as the Tincom Deal hasnt had a chance yet.

It will most probably come to fruition, as have most of the promises Kos has made in the last year, from canvassing our technology to the largest energy provider in the world - our MOU with POLAND -to the Vietnamese Government Memorandum of Understanding. All these things were promised - all delivered.

If Kos is dealing with honest representatives from TinCom - people with integrity, like he ones who signed the other deals - then KOS will pull off this TinCom deal too.

We can only rate that which has occurred.

Currently, the above rating you are toying with only gauges your frustrations IMO, where "0" represents the sentiment that "im impatient now" and "10" represents the sentiment of "im still content to wait for a result, which i can then judge".

So my rating at the moment is that i wont entertain a rating on the ESI/TinCom deal, as it is not something that has a gaugeable result, nor for that matter has it it yielded ANY results in fact.
