Ann: Trading Halt, page-31

I've been in this company through the ups and downs for years now but geez it can be frustrating. I still believe in what they are doing and the drugs in development but these constant capital raises can be quite depleting. I'll eat my words if they announce that this is for something else such as our acne trial and for good reasons moving forwards but geez this company burns through cash like nothing I've seen on a biotech. For example, I'm a long-term holder of Incanxex Healthcare (IHL) and they seem to run multiple trials simultaneously, attract world-class directors, and acquire drugs/companies yet they burn absolutely nowhere near as much money as this company does. I understand the directors have extensive successful backgrounds but it still worries me maybe that they are in this just for the ridiculously high annual salaries they receive from this company and not for the overall benefit of not only us as shareholders but the general public in need of these drugs.

Sorry for the negativity and gloom, but its been a tough couple of years following this company, especially when others have made such strides and we seem to move so much slower than everyone else. Guess that's the biotech bet though isn't it?
