Iggy makes major corporate decisions on behalf of GXY and GXY shareholders,but does not have voting power at a board meeting or AGM or EGM.
Most CEO's of successful Public Companies have large personal shareholdings,but Iggy is an exception.
You can't vote Options at a meeting.
Some of his decisions involve committing $100's Million on behalf of the Company----I would like to see him have more shares and therefore voting power.
This is my personal opinion.
