Well, regardless of reason or how it came about it’s poorly executed and at the disregard of all other shareholders.
This is incredibly suspicious behaviour by Board members who know it would be viewed as such. Senior businessman who just don’t give a shit about the average shareholder. I suggest everybody writes to Justin Wenger and the Australian Securities office and complain if you are a Registered Shareholder.
This is quite simply not acceptable behaviour from a Board.
