I am not at all suggesting it is bad - was more intimating that the results are really nothing new, it is safe and there is reduction in severity of illness.
Completely agree that parents wanting to stay on is good news, but it wsa already known. .. I am just trying to say that the new trial results wont do anything for the SP, especially with the CR overhang.. If it was released with out the cap raise then yep maybe 15c 20c or whatever, but we will never know now.
I had typed the prior post before I realised they had released an investor presentation and the raise etc, so apologies, I checked at probably 8.40 (9.40 AEDST) to make sure there was no announcement - must have just missed it - I only realised when my wife told me it was back trading - The intent was for ppl to have the weekend to read it as my view was the company had presented the trial results poorly and didn't compare the 28 day results to 20 weeks). Todays presentation addresses these question, but again highlights their comms needs addressing. This should have been released a lot earlier for shareholders to digest (minus the cap raise).
In the presentation 12 participants went from 4.3 to 3.6 (at 28 days) then down to 3.2. So at 4 weeks, 16.2% improvement, then at 20 weeks improvement is now 26%. So my assumption that the 2 withdrawals were the low response patients seems to be incorrect. and yes of course this is good, but I think all priced in etc..
At the end of the day I was out at about this price so no skin off my nose.
I wont be buying back in for the ST, and if I do ever buy back ill just buy the oppies.
