    I agree that he should be given something as a bonus but FFS , he’s already on a lot of money to already do that job !!! It’s like we are paying him extra to actually do what he’s supposed to be doing in the first place , and diluting the sp at the same time !

    give him a bonus but pay it not in shares he already has a Monty of shares !!!!
