On the ST, Europe is focusing on replacing Russian fossil fuels with fossil fuels from other countries.
On the mid term they will want to be more independent of fossil fuels and will accelerate the transition to sustainable energy (a lot of solar + wind + batteries).
The current energy prices are crazy in Europe, some households and companies pay 7 or 10 times more than they paid 1-2 years ago.
Many of them will install solar panels and lithium ion battery storages in a faster pace than they would've done it without the war.
