I expect something next quarter, with the new CEO being with Primero previously and Primero contracted to do the early works on the plant, I think that tie in will mean we hear about some progress in the not too distant future.
I posed the question a while ago of how does the plant work before the mine is up and running and I would guess before VRFB's are taken up in Aus (I hope the latter ends up being incorrect), do they need to import pentoxide from overseas to produce electrolyte for overseas market?
It's just a theory but maybe a decision was made to go slow with the plant build until those other timelines of Australian VRFB and vanadium supply line up a bit closer? It's a possibility, and funds/resources redirected to more pressing matters?
Or Primero are still working on early stage and just don't have anything to report until completion?
It's definitely not "Currently being built" though contrary to a few misleading news articles who word it exactly like that.
