You clearly don't understand the the trauma of a person doing jail time, criminal record and being labelled a rapist on questionable evidence! The only good that can come from this trial is ANYONE, who has not consented in sex immediately reports the incident to Police, makes a choice to gets statement from the accused and presents with physical evidence.
This whole farce changed tact when she fronted up on National media, made statements on a lucid night she can't really piece together and now is forced to carry thru her statement when up till then had been a blur of memories, and doubtful understandings
I have spoke to females who have been raped while fully cognisant of their faculties and those descriptions are frightening as they relive those thought processes over and over, and they are the ones I really feel for. Brittany is demeaning the word rape because she has never been accountable for her own responsibities, where the victims I speak to question their own decisions.
I just hope the message from this trial is to, make a statement to Police and get evidence straight after the event!
