I will be voting BIG NO to any acquisition just for the sake of software IP.
Our BOD must now focus on doing and growing our business. There is nothing wrong with our current model. Look at what we got to offer - a complete 360 solution. We must now focus on building our team and growing first. We have already invested in 2 good startup anyway and we must be reminded that there is very big shortage of skill in this area so our education path is very good investment.
Even with current business model, we will be very successful without selling any "hard software ip". Look at Deloitte etc.
Once we have grown our businesses and have significant npat and customer base, we can acquire good "software". Look at current cyber that has sold software and ip like FZO, AR9. They did not do well too.
