What's the record length of time for a company "reviewing opportunities"? If you're running it on the smell of an oily rag while looking for the best possible outcome for shareholders then fair enough, but $1m pa?
And all this from a mob with previous success. I highly doubt they need the $1m pa and it could easily be halved. You wouldn't want it to go on for longer then it should and have a dilutive raise at 10c.
