Ann: Votiro Business Update Investor Webcast Presentation, page-32

With a revenue base of only $4.5m supposedly growing to $7.8m..is just a drop in the ocean..
the fact that the hackers are constantly inventing new methods of attack should give investors
a moment of hesitation...
...imo this bullet point in the ann is a concern

• Senetas has subsequently provided additional funding to Votiro by
way of a secured interest bearing loan that currently stands at US$6.3
million

− The loan is likely to be converted to equity the next time Votiro raises
further equity

How do people see this playing out....?
First ..its a given Votiro will raise ...
If SEN converts the loans to shares in the next raise...well that wont get Votiro what
they need...money...therefore Vot will have to issue a larger amount of shares ..
the likely scenario has SEN maintaining their 60% holding ...effectively losing $6.3m for
no gain
or dont convert and risk losing ground in holding Vot....
Where's the money coming from , recently insiders have not been supportive..if SEN decides
to invest again they will need to raise...
Some recent marketing I've seen has me questioning their Vot efforts

They attended a National wildlife conference...?? and gave $10 ...???
