Voted FOR Both Resolutions as Resolution #1 is advisory only.
Be very interesting what PB does we know he has this 12mth notice but who knows what can happen when the Board is reshuffled he may get 12mth notice but at a very different $$$ value with a different role.
My 2c is he will wait to the last Day 27th or 28th and resign with an agreed package, Bit like the Maternity Leave going on the day of EGM.
We may well have a New Company Name by Xmas
