I suggest you be more patient and even ring Mgmt if you are uncomfortable with it.

Im happy with this company in staff size and performance and diversity.

If any criticism i have it is that they have not pushed their marketing. But I believe they know have a story to tell.

This industry does not happen overnight. Its not like making soap bars or even ice cream.

Its complex and things take time. You need to chill and work out whether this sort of investment suits your criteria and time horizons.

I suggest you ring the company to address your concerns as I am sure they will be willing to speak to you
