bottom line - Lucapa is being ripped off at every level and there's nothing they will ever be able to do about it.
IMO Lucapa is incapable of ever finding a primary diamomd source, it's too hard for them.
So just accept the fact Lucapa is an alluvial play in a country where the concept of a level playing field is unknown.
