    My best guess is the GoTo valuation is in trouble and whether any seller warranties have been triggered in the process. Only a gut feel without any supporting information. However, a simple revenue recognition issue would have been fixed a month ago. Lots of legal experience on the BWX Board so most likely explains the cautious approach.
