VOGC - Could it be that the permit to drill was only upto a depth of 3150 meters or the rig had reached its limits.
We dont know the full story (i.e. what made them to stop drilling) as full details have not been provided.
Something monumental must have happened between the time the quarterly was released and them stopping the drilling (as it calls into question the MD statement regarding MUST )
