I do like your question regarding KPI's JB1975. I believe it should be answered by the board to provide some important insight for long term holders. Further more, some query should be made to KPI's going forward, setting actual targets and milestones for the company. ATM there seems to be no real commitment to acheiving set goals in a timely manner, however when we look back in another 12 months time, I am certain all KPI related cash bonus endpoints will have been met. Your point on shareholder return to executive renumeration being still noted as not relevant after such a long time is quite frustrating too. As a fellow shareholder (as micro holding it may be), encourage you to keep the conversation going and not be de-railed by other trolls on this forum. keep up the good work! hopefully 2023 is not anything like the last 1,2 or 3 YEARS for shareholders.
