The Ch of the Meeting will close the Meeting. If this is NB he will also then cease to be a Dir. Then the new Board will elect a Ch. PB will remain a Dir and still be MD. He may then be asked to resign as MD by the new Board. If he refuses, he may be sacked as MD, if there is cause. But he will still be a Dir. He can remain a Dir until he either resigns or sh vote him off at subsequent Meeting.
