    the main reason i mentioned this(and i really dont know exactly) is that
    1. Iv participated in previous RI/CR when the record date was set retrospectively to near when the co went into th
    2. if pattersons clients are being notified already it means that they are acting on the assumption of current shares held in CTP not on what they will or wont hold in the future
