Attended a very good broker presentation by Conrad and Greg of TEG on Friday in Melb.
Both of these gentleman are extremely committed in taking and making TEG a very good ongoing concern and are wanting a much higher SP than where it currently resides.
Both Conrad and Greg have worked together for a very long time so each of them builds on ones strengths and weaknesses as a team along with the very experienced Mike Collins on our Board.
The name Mitsui was bantered around a bit, do your Director research and you will see why.
Had to back of production at CH to get tanker timing right due to storage tanks being full..
The more more oil we can get thru the better our sales figs will be as we have a fixed cost regardless PB.
They did mention they were currently in discussion with another producer in PB to include their oil in export which will reduce our cost PB.

Once we get the new packer completed for CH-10 and its online adding to production they are hoping to get the timing better for the Tanker as the POG is very busy and they have to book a space at port well in advance and we are only allowed to dock for a week in POG.
This will get better as we progress.
Tanker solution is temporary and looking at other.
There has been significant interest in L7/437 from other parties as advised and are eagerly waiting the full seismic interpretation from Canada.

Conrad really likes the look of some formations in 437 for oil. Yes oil and is very keen because unlike the gas we can bring on line straight away.
I asked plenty on the CCS and Conrad is very confident that this is a goer.
We now have 3 of our staff working with Pilot now and are meeting regularly with Govt on the CCS process, CT referred me to page 7 of the presentation and New CO2 injection well to SW of field Potential 10MT over 15 years (665ktpa), informed that regulators were very keen on this as well.
Left the meeting with another TEG investor and we both felt very good where we are heading at TEG for sure.

Did notice on business news in media this week.
Very heavy duty discussion about getting WA gas into East Coast market to get the price of gas down.
Plenty discussion on better payment rate for CCS storage as this the only way to get more on board to meet climate expectations/goals.
Both make lots of sense.
