Maybe CTP are concerned about the Great Financial Crash number 2 and so don't intend to be caught out like so many juniors were in 2008.
Anyway, it's a good test to find out who is and who is not a loyal shareholder.
Loyal shareholders will be pleased to pay 7.5 cents to increase their shareholding by 50% plus get the sweetener of a free option for every 5 new shares purchased at 7.5 cents - the equivalent of 1 for 10 shares they currently hold if they take up their full entitlement.
