One thing I will say is that the base salary of AS is quite reasonable compared to some (that I know of) in the G-space. Taking part of his salary in shares has to be considered a favourable reflection of his commitment to and/or confidence in the company. That aside, I agree its time to convey the consensus that changes to the BoD and communications are absolutely necessary and demanded.

How much of all this comes out in the wash will be interesting to observe over the 12 months, that's for sure. With an ever-expanding management team and board, costs are going to be rapidly increasing, so getting Kwinana or any SPG plant into production is starting to become crucial.
