Which part of it is false information? Whilst a grant is a good thing, this grant money is not going to land on NVX's account without NVX making its own commitment of roughly $800M. It is clearly written. You are fully invested, but maybe it is now time to start actually reading stuff as well? It is more than common that grants come with caveats so as to avoid applicants abusing the grant money for unintended purposes, such as performance bonuses, which we all know NVX executives really appreciate.
