....of keeping themselves actively involved in (and yes interesting) and well paid job and completely forgetting.....
Further.. ASIC should wind these sort of company's up, in the interests of all shareholders if after say 3 or 4 years if
they cannot demonstrate a increase in shareholder capital and a profit as a viable entity.
