re: when technicals and fundamentals are at odds - I did not like the close below that key $3.96 level - could be more downside to come. It may even signal a reversal of the uptrend.

I hate it when technical and fundamental analysis appear to be in conflict with each other.

The fundamentals for CEY are compelling but the breach of the $3.96 support level at today's close is a worry. Let's hope it was a 'false breakdown".
