how do you deduce it to be long term sales agreement? I don't get it? there is no minimum quantity or value to the contract!
how can you forecast or rely on continuous revenue? especially for BRN all they are going to be earning is fron IP it's even more important for them to understand expectations!
Can you forecast revenue based on these contract terms?
