Just FYI I exercised a few last Friday week ( 10 days ago ) . I called the registry last Thurs to ensure they had received - the guy I spoke to wasn't sure ( which doesn't mean much ) then last Friday ( so a week after the payment & no paper work - per the IMUOC - as was written in the fine print on the notice ) I checked my bal and saw that the option balance was less and the Fully paid shares balance had increased by the amount of options exercised .

To date I have received no other notice from the registry by way of confirmation etc , but I would expect to get revised chess holding statements ( which usually come in some 3 weeks after the end of the month )

IF in doubt call the registry , and if still in doubt ask for someone who is processing the conversions .
