I didn't say that they needed to have the cash now. They would have to do heaps of capital raising in order to get this money, or otherwise they will not be able to meet the commitment that is the prerequisite for the grant.

That being said, I am not spreading negative sentiment. I am merely responding to your incorrect statements. I mean, come on, just a moment ago you made a statement that was 100% invalid. In general, there is a lot of baseless upramping here which lures in mums and dads and newbie investors who don't know any better. If anything, I am providing great service here by providing more objective assessments.
