Well, in simple...

These guys have money, they have done a recent placement..

they have no projects at present and are looking at prospects... with all the buying and the speculation one would think they are in the process of some sort of acquisition, if this is true, then a major re-rating time will come for RTL...

They have to be up to something, otherwise there just burning our cash and paying themself a fat salary... plus if they are not active then they would have to answer to ASIC... They have to announce something eventually, a TH must be on its way... plus the SP has held at these levels considering the placement was at a major discount.. I would presume some are in the know and are holding till all is revealed...

time will tell
