A professional poker player turned millionaire rag trader with a string of corporate collapses behind him is accusing a scientist convicted in 1990 of securities fraud of trying to wrest away control of a biopharmaceutical company. The scientist, Dr Michael Har-Noy, is accusing the poker player, Fred Bart, of the same. An Israeli court has to get to the bottom of it.Seems Bart hasn't just spent the past few years running his bedding empire while leading Audio Pixels, a company trying to make wafer-thin speakers (to an almost-comical lack of success). Since 2013, he's also been an investor and director (along with several of his children) in Israeli company Immunovative Therapies.
