Fully agree.
While a lot looks promising about the company, I couldn't possibly invest alongside a board (inc CEO) that has about $300,000 of stock in this company - prior to the last transaction from the CEO. That's about half of the annual cash salaries that the board receives combined. Doesn't show an awful lot of conviction!
