10million issued to Vert Capital, 1 million previously exercised leaving 9 million. Options issued to "Vert Capital (or its nominees)". Is Vert capital the holder under Citicorp nominees? Citicorp held 14.1mill near the end of Sept and now are down to below 9mill. That's 5million at probably an average of around 9c? I hope Vert is the holder under Citicorp nominee because they will have sold almost enough over the last month to now be able to exercise those 9 million options in full at 5c.
