BHP's disastrous purchase of Billiton.
Remember, the only reason management EVER expand to the UK is to set up an office there, give themselves and their mates an excuse to fly Qantas business class to London and enjoy pints at the old blighty to gloat to the world that they're bigger than Big Ben - and all at YOUR expense.
The greed, hubris and arrogance never stops with Australian companies, but shareholders get suckered every single time.
