Cinovec project's value proposition is growing and I am not concerned about the lack of (announced) offtake partners at this moment. NPV is only getting stronger, the sheer number of battery factories/suppliers establishing themselves in EU and EV manufacturers provides plentiful opportunity for finalising our offtake partners.

Remember we were trading at X3 the current SP with much less certainty around the process, offtakers, EU gov support and lower Li price. We are much more derisked now and yet we are at a 50% lower SP, this will gap up sooner or later with major announcements around DFS and/or Offtakes. This should allow existing and new SHs to increase their holdings at this low price whilst we are waiting for announcements.
