There are definitely some positives and the company remains a solid hold and will likely provide good returns over the mid to long term. However NPAT for the year may be lower than last year at this pace and that is disappointing. There was nothing in the commentary from David Dicker to imply profit will drop this year. And it doesn't make sense to increase the dividend payout per quarter when the profit is flat on the previous year.
