    Usually are released within minutes of each other.

    I see only two instances in the last two years where the ACV update was about 12 days later than 4C.
    In both cases the 4C had been released early, i.e. not near month end.
    There were Material Contracts around these 4C releases which may have pulled them forward.

    Maybe they're waiting for an imminent transaction or news to release together with the ACV?
    We live in hope.
