Anyway….the quarterly, which is due now, could prove very interesting reading once more. Providing loans to management to keep the lights on is not as safe as providing funds into a CR that the company disclosed they would return if minimums aren’t met.
I certainly wouldn’t be sitting comfortably right now, if I had of provided such short term and unsecured funding options to a management that has empty bank accounts.
