right here, 4:50 never went through the 50 ,but 20 and 50 did not cross.
so it all depends on your timeframe
ST traders with 30 day time frames would possibly been stopped out
@FreedomInvestor, feel free to call you downside targets, Both ST 30 days and 3month
calling something up or down is just an each-way bet
