Open question, given that 94% of the world's Hindus live in India in a population of 1.4 billion and that Integra dermal matrix consists of cross-linked bovine tendon collagen and shark glycosaminoglycans (chondroitin-6-sulfate) shark cartilage - would this be an issue among the Hindu population, given that in Hinduism, the belief that the cow is representative of divine and natural beneficence and should therefore be protected and venerated?
Would the fact that Biodegradable Temporising Matrix (BTM) is a synthetic polyurethane (non biological) carry any advantage to both people using and receiving the product in this country?
