Well for long distance mowing jobs further afield from the house plot I use a ride-on. But it’ll be replaced with a battery electric version in time too - they do exist already, just not great variety of the, yet. For my “around town” mowing for the house plot that I do far more often than the more further “afield” work I just use the battery electric mower.
If you measured the total “miles mowed” then the ones done by the battery mower around the house far outweigh the ones done in the further paddocks. Hey that sounds a bit like the passenger vehicle and goods delivery miles driven situation too doesn’t it …
