So yes it could be a risk to delay CR, and have no news or improved fundamentals, and then need to raise in Jan/Feb at a lower price.
If management backed themselves to put sales runs on the board though, then they would feel comfortable waiting a bit longer to raise cash. That’s what I was trying to say, it’s like mgt are not confident in getting decent sales (ie news), hence CR now. … and not having confidence in getting sales doesn’t make sense to me based on the supposed fundamentals in play.
