    re your query,
    "Is the former FPSO operator still trying to sue AED? Haven't heard much about that issue lately"

    Note 11 to the half year financial statements announcement today seems to address that question. On my reading it appears that a conditional settlement has been reached involving a payment to AED by the FPSO contractor!
