IMO:

Just look at the history of this company, shares are issued like confetti to prevent insolvency.

They will need to issues shares at 4x plus the current market capitalisation (up to $30M) to get out of debt when they miss all the supposed promised milestones which they have a history of missing.

How much will the shares we worth then?

Likely less than 4 times less than 1.6c which is less than .4c
