Agree with you both. Its not a change of direction just a narrower focus. They most likely still have all those multiple MP's in the big picture (or they will change to a license model rather than a build and operate), but they have paired back expectations to focus on the short-medium term, and give themselves a better chance of meeting their stated goals (IMHO they have set the bar a little low).
Sorry to repeat myself, but I'm still a little confused as to why we cant get sales locked in easily. If demand is strong and the product meets specifications? I get the feeling the KMP still has some teething issues and thats why they have given themselves a long runway until June23 to get to breakeven of 600tpa. If thats the case, and yes Im speculating, I'd prefer they come out and say "the product line is still being tested and technicially refined as it scales up, we are using a new technology and are learning as we go along. Capacity at current state is 100tpa, however we will gain efficencies and robustness over the next 6 months to bring us to 600tpa ... and then further ...".
