re: set to fly notice too that the $10 figure was quoted when they thought they had to go the for the infrastructure fund route. it's probably going to be higher now that the PIF isn't involved.
pleasing to see that their operating costs will actually be lower than rio/bhp's, because the rail system, etc will all be based on the latest technology while rio is still using old rail designs decades old.
