Playing the whole “conservative” card has done a real disservice to all involved here. It makes this so much riskier than it could’ve been. I’m not really buying the comparison to how “other companies” would’ve played this, it looks more like inexperience (vs those other implied companies) to me. I was very vocal about the state of affairs leading into drilling and copped a fair amount of crap over it, I still stand by those views……everything hangs on drill success now and I’m not holding my breath for some of the big valuations going around if successful, they’ve proven to be ultra conservative, to their and our own detriment. All just IMO.
