    Nope.

    You have no recourse at all, and the company was instructed by ASIC to explain a listing may not ever occur and that shareholders would not benefit from Aussie laws if the assets were demerged to Cyprus.

    Oh by the way, if you're inclined feel free to look into Cyprus as a juristiction and its history in the financial services industry.
