The Komir question is a good one but maybe it was always intended that they bought the oxides but we had to pay for it upfront.
Otherwise ASM would just be processing their oxide for a fee.
Also i am thinking why would Komir supply oxides if we are trying to sell them to the U.S.
It will be an interesting few months ahead of us but i am really hoping they can expedite Dubbo.
