Maybe $6m is a rounding error for ASX and they are happy to just wave away this annoying small cap stock from their boarse and get on with things. How many millions has ISX burnt since starting the proceedings?
Imagine being LHC capital or whoever they were and basically contributing $5mil or so from memory in a raise shortly before this drama and most of that being wasted away in a litigation that never went ahead!!?! They lost our big time.
The litigation and the demerger are completely seperate issues. the demerger could have happened at any time. it's just the litigation narrative helped to get you all to vote in favour of demerger.
